Education so you understand how to get the results you're looking for (instead of spinning your wheels).

How it Works:


➡️ Workouts and lessons are released daily and are available on my course platform. You'll also receive emails to remind you of the new content that's available.

➡️ Each workout takes about 20 minutes to complete - and all you need are some dumbbells. No dumbbells? No problem! Just fill a couple of water bottles with water, and use those!

➡️ Lessons are short pre-recorded videos.

Hi, I'm Lynn!


At 49, I was working out five days a week — doing all the “right” things — when I suddenly lost muscle tone and started looking… well, blobby.

Turns out, I’d been missing what my body really needed in midlife: proper strength training.

I got started in the simplest way: in my basement, with some old plastic dumbbells that had been gathering dust under my bed.
