Here's what's included:

  • Beginner-friendly strength training sessions: Train at home with whatever dumbbells you have lying around the house or just 2 water bottles, or at your gym.

    Note: These are proper strength training sessions - not ‘cardio with weights’

  • Education: what you need to know to get results

  • Motivation and support: inside a private Facebook group

Hi, I'm Lynn!


At 49, I was working out five days a week — doing all the “right” things — when I suddenly lost muscle tone and started looking… well, blobby.

Turns out, I’d been missing what my body really needed in midlife: proper strength training.

I got started in the simplest way: in my basement, with some old plastic dumbbells that had been gathering dust under my bed.

By following a structured program and challenging myself consistently, I rebuilt muscle, dropped visceral fat, and improved my body composition.

I regained my muscle tone, and - most importantly - started feeling like myself again. Strong. Capable. At home in my body.
