


I've been there, and I've got you....
At age 49, my body changed in what seemed like overnight. My athletic, toned body suddenly looked old and blobby. My arms had lost their definition. My clothes didn’t fit anymore: I felt like a sausage packed too tightly in its skin.
I was embarrassed and frustrated with my body. It had stopped responding to the exercise and diet routines that had kept me looking great for decades.
I avoided looking in the mirror, dimmed the bedroom lights, and chose looser clothes.
My outside felt completely disconnected from my inside. I was finally thriving mentally, emotionally, and socially after my divorce and perimenopause. It felt so unfair.
I was not ready to give up. It was time for a change.
I turned my focus to building muscle, adjusted my diet, and transformed my body into one that is stronger and leaner than ever before. I am proud of what my body can do, and of what I see in the mirror.
My toned arms are back, and so is my mojo.
I walked into my college reunion feeling like a woman in her prime: confident, strong, and finally looking on the outside the way I felt on the inside.
Getting my body back changed everything. And the thing is that I am not special. I just finally understood how to work with my new body.

At the same time, you’ve been losing 3-8% of your muscle each decade and, most likely, that lost muscle has been replaced by fat.

At 49, I was working out five days a week, doing all the "right" things, when I suddenly lost muscle tone and started looking… well, blobby.

You can choose to train at home or at the gym.
For those training at the gym, I have selected exercises that use equipment found in most commercial weight rooms. If, however, your weight room does not have certain equipment, then just let me know, and I’l be happy to find an alternative for you.
Absolutely! The course teaches all you need to know, and if you need it broken down even further, I’m happy to help. That’s what I’m here for!
I understand that women are super busy, so I’ve really endeavored to lower the barrier to getting started:
You train only 2x week. The sessions are designed to take about 50mins to complete. If you have less time, just let me know and we'll figure out how to make it work for you.
The program is designed to work for beginners and more advanced lifters.
The exercises are not “beginner” exercises – they are exercises that even more advanced lifters use. As long as you apply progressive overload, you’re sure to get results.
No. Squats can be a fairly challenging move to master depending on your body proportions, and if that is what you want to learn, I suggest you work with an in-person personal trainer who can make sure you’re doing them correctly.
You can build strength and muscle (and get all the other benefits) without every doing a back squat or traditional deadlift. There are so many other exercises to build and maintain muscle which have lower risk of injury so I have chosen those.
After the program, you can continue your strength training journey with me in my monthly membership.
And all of the materials from the course are yours to keep - so you can refer back to them in the future.
