And the crazy part was that I was working out like I had been for years: 5 days/week in BodyPump, bootcamp, booty and other group fitness classes, but my body just wasn't responding anymore.
It felt like someone changed the rules and forgot to tell me!
Then I discovered the truth: those group fitness classes and random online workouts with weights weren't giving my changing body what it needed.
When I switched to systematic strength training, everything turned around. I not only rebuilt lost muscle and reduced visceral fat – I became stronger than I'd ever been before, and started feeling (and looking!) better than ever.
Now, as a Certified Menopause Fitness Specialist and personal trainer, I've guided over 250 women (some over 70!) to transform their bodies through my Learn to Lift programs and Lift with Lynn Membership.
